Before you go adding things I would talk to your doctor about alternatives to stimulants that you may not have tried it a lower dose of concerts. Would let him know about your heightened anxiety on concerta. I would not assume you have to live with that anxiety and stay on Concerta! You were smart to ask this question. Please don’t add even over the counter medications talking with your doctor
