Thyroidectomy 2018. 29 weeks pregnant. in ivory coast unable to find a dr to help. last tsh came back as 8.55. currently on eltroxin daily 150 micro grams. not sure what to do. my dr in sa does not want to assist without seeing me in person.

If free T4 is in normal level, you should be OK. If T4 is below the normal range, dose of Eltroxin may need to be increased. However, you do not have a free T4 level done because cannot see your doctor, I think you are still okay with the same dose and your pregnancy should be fine.
