Hello, i'm 38 years old, pregnant in the 10th week, tsh = 4.24, under synthroid (thyroxine) 0.15mg.i had total thyroidectomy since 2007.is it tsh in normal range?

YES!: The simple answer is yes. What is making you worry now? Continue to take your synthroid (thyroxine) and it is best taken at bedtime at least one hour after your last meal or snack.

TSH: Most labs would put 4.5 as upper limit of normal. So this is in the normal lab range. However, if you are having symptoms it is debatable if it is in the optimal range. Some experts think it should run closer to two. This depends on how you feel. If no symptoms probably leave dose alone. If symptoms though probably would increase dose.
