My gynecologist discovered a 7cm oviarian cyst in feb on my left ovary and prescibed visaanne dienogest to shrink it. the past few days i've had a bloody discharge, should i be concerned? or is it the cyst leaving my body?

"Visaanne Dienogest" is a progestin and can reduce pain from endometrial cells such as found with endometriosis. The right ovarian cyst may have ruptured , and variations in taking the progestin may cause withdrawal bleeding. See your gyn provider about a followup ultrasound and ask about low dose combination oral contraception to minimize recurrence.
