I woke up sick today and about an hour ago i showered in hot water after that i got very nauseous and dizzy my heart rate was slow and breathing was hard any idea why this happened?

Nausea presumes your vagus nerve was stimulated by a stomach issue and/or hot shower. When the vagus nerve is stimulated, the heart rate slows,blood pressure can fall and significant lightheadedness occurs. A hot shower will also cause the blood pressure to drop as it dilates arterioles throughout the body. I assume you've recovered from this reaction.
