Tough one: Lots of things can cause chest pain and dizziness. Elevated levels of Epinephrine and other catecholamines can lead to mitral valve prolapse (usually sudden sharp chest pains ). Anxiety / stress / distress can elevate circulating catecholamines. (as can other conditions). I'm not sure what you mean by rare heart beats.
