Chest pains, rare heart beats for a while now. daily nausea, constant dizziness, some headaches and fatigue for about a month now. what can this be?

Tough one: Lots of things can cause chest pain and dizziness. Elevated levels of Epinephrine and other catecholamines can lead to mitral valve prolapse (usually sudden sharp chest pains ). Anxiety / stress / distress can elevate circulating catecholamines. (as can other conditions). I'm not sure what you mean by rare heart beats.

Chest pains: Pain in your chest is a serious medical condition. It is always a red flag and appointment with your pcp is warranted. Rec.: see your pcp for further investigation. Take care.
