I had a fall off a motorbike on a rocky fort road and grazed my knee but not far enough for me to think i need stitches, got home and put loads of sanitizer on and showered with oatmeal wash. and sanitizer again. day 3 it is a light yellow. normal?

Wound care for a deep abrasion requires covering it with antibacterial ointment (available without prescription) and keeping it clean and dry. Using alcohol based sanitizer will only affect the outermost layer of bacteria, and not go into the tissue layers to prevent infection. Try Neosporin or triple antibiotic ointment instead.
