Months after aclr using my quad and meniscus repair, ive done weights and used the shuttle machine and thought i can handle the weight i chose, and heard a small pop when loading force and now i feel extreme pressure thats uncomfortable in my knee?

This symptom is best evaluated by the orthopedic surgeon who performed your surgery, knows what the status of your knee joint was at time of surgery, at post op checkups and while getting rehabilitation therapy.
