I'm 3 weeks post-tkr surgery and still have pain on the inner-side area of my knee cap. i asked my doc about the pain and he said that is where the inside stitches are. my pt said it's the patella causing pain. is this normal?

Postsurgical pain: Is common and it might have more than 1 cause, meaning that they both are likely to be right. Most of the pain dissipates away or becomes tolerable if enough time is allowed for healing and strengthening. Your Ortho surgeon is your best resource going forward.
