What are the symptoms of inflammation of the tear duct? i have swelling on the upper left inner corner eyelid which is not going away, its not a lot but noticeable.not a stye, its not painful or tender to touch.no tearing,eye feels sore/burning/tired?

I could be any of a number of things, without an exam it cannot be diagnosed. I suggest you see an ophthalmologist
