8yro boy has never cried tears. eyes are well lubricated and watery at times but has never cried tears even when a baby. no clogged tear ducts either?

I don't see a proble: I am not sure if that's a problem if everything else is normal. As long as his eyesight is ok and his eye structures are functioning well, he may be fine.
