If i had bacterial vaginosis and got a pap. wouldn't they be able to tell?? i have more discharge and fishy smell. idk why or what to do?

The "fishy smell" may be due to Trichomonas, a parasite, which does not show up in cultures. See your gyn and ask for a "wet smear". Trichomonas is easily treated along with your partner, but make sure to treat any other sexual contacts either your partner or yourself has had, or it will re-occur.
