Resistant candida?: It sounds like your BV is in control, as indicated by absent odor and discharge. Your current symp;toms are more suggestive of continuing yeast infeciton. Up to 10% of yeast infections are caused by candida that is resistant to the usual treatments, i.e. the "azole" drugs. Ask your doctor about alternative treatments, like nystatin, caspofungin, and others. Good luck.
