Normal weight : You need to wait until you reach your normal weight before you can be a candidate for liposuction. Some body areas will have rebellious fat bulges that will remain after weight loss. Those are the ideal areas for liposuction.

Weight stabilization: After a gastric sleeve, you can expect to lose a significant amount of weight in the first year. It's best if you wait until your weight has stabilized, before deciding about body contouring surgery, like liposuction or excess skin removal.

Stable Weight.: Best to undergo body contouring surgery of any kind once you have reached a long-term stable weight. Keep in mind, that patients who have had significant weight loss, often lose skin elasticity as well; you may not be a good candidate for liposuction surgery alone. Often, significant weight loss patients require excisional procedures (lipectomy) such as tummy tuck surgery. Best wishes.
