My son of 5yrs had a fever of 38 and up from sunday to monday. h also threw up and coplained of sore eyes and arm pains. (body aches) today h started gettign a rush from hus face downward. i fear for german measles because i am 32 weeks preganant?

The symptoms and signs your child experienced are fairly nonspecific to raise suspicion of rubella (German measles). In addition, your son could have received 2 doses of rubella vaccine (as part of MMR). I would rather look up his immunization record than worrying unnecessarily.
