Can cold sore or hsv spread all over body? i believe a kiss on face, neck, shoulders has affected me. it has now spread further down to arms, legs, scalp, eye, ear & more after 3 months and won't stop spreading. could i have an immune system issue?

HSV is a virus which affects 2 areas od the body: Mouth/throat or Genital organs(Penis or Vagina). It is a chronic low grade infection which causes minimal symptoms and no serious harm once it has entered your body. I have 2 recommendations: Quit imagining what the HSV may be doing to your body. Go see a gynecologist or a PCP who can periodically check you and assure you that you are healthy/well.
