My daughter is 2 years and doesn't speak full sentences but will respond to speech is it normal , worried dad?

At 2 I expect a kid to understand & use up to 25 woords and link 2 words together in a phrase. They don't use formal sentences until later. If you are worried about her speech or language development have her evaluated by a speech & language professional. They are often found working with schools or rehabilitation centers.
