She seems to be doing many of the speech activities for her age, like forming 3 word sentences ,asking questions . A 3 yr old has a vocablury of about 1000words ,can sing a song and use words to make a 4 word sentence . You might ask the pediatrician to get a speech evaluation, including a hearing test , and follow up her speech , while encouraging speech and play activities with other children.

This is best assessed by a speech and language specialist. In the US kids 3 and older with any speech/language issues are studied under a countrywide "child find" program to see what if any needs are found in that area. For a kid that age she is doing some good things & if her words are understood by strangers its a good sign. Have her studied.

A speech and hearing evaluation is recommended to assess her progress. Encourage activities which help to build her vocabulary. Associate words and pictures, ask her to repeat sentences back which contain four or more words, read stories and keep screen time to less than two hours per day. Does she have normal growth and a full tern uncomplicated birth? If she has HbSS, please request Heme appt.
