Hearing evaluation: It's possible your child is not hearing words spoken to her. Best to see a doctor and have a hearing evaluation.

Receptive & Express-: ive Language Disorder vs. isolated Expressive Language Disorder, with or without Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Call her school district's Child Find Team to evaluate all areas of her development & begin Early Childhood Special Education Services ASAP. An accurate hearing test is vital. Also, seek referral to a Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrician to evaluate for genetic & other medical causes.
