Remember : There are a lot of heart related issues tgat can mimic a heart attack and cause elevated heart enzymes without blocked vessels from coronary vasospasm to pericarditis. You should make sure that you review this with your doctors.

Heart: the troponin level was minimal. Always get an explanation from your Doc of what's going on with you. No reason for confusion your data is congruent.
