Any OTC topical vaginal yeast infection medication is safe to use in pregnancy. Clotrimazole is the most common ingredient in these suppository ovules that can be administered over 1, 3, 5, or 7 days depending on the formulation. Use as directed and take special care to clean your shower, bathtub or bathing area with bleach to kill any residual yeast on surfaces.
