Hi, good question. Answer: It depends. The fact that u got a cardiac echo indicates that u are having symptoms (common indications are SOB, leg swelling, heart palpitations) or your doctor found suspicious signs like heart murmur with her stethoscope. Typically a “very very small leak (probably regurgitation)” is not concerning. However, u need to discuss with ur doc especially if u have worsening
