Worth developing some mental health supportive routines, sleep maintain schedule, Avoid ALL bright light 90 min prior to bed. regular eating &exercise and regular mental downtime-meditation/mindfulness deep breathing. Hydrate 1/2 body wt in oz of water. A Good B-complex , and 500mg magneisum gluconate 30min prior to bed. Either get a psychiatric evaluation or work closely with your prescriber

I agree with Dr. Finley-Belgrad, It is improtant to keep your bipolar disorder under as tight contol as possible. Your psychotropic medications will be essential. Getting adequate, quality sleep is essential to keep bipolar sxs' & anxiety at bay. Use excellent sleep hygiene. Compliment this by getting effective psychotherapy.
