Sorry, this isn't a referral site. It's a general educational site. You would be best served if you saw a specialist Oral Pathologist, a specialist Oral Surgeon, or an Oro-facial Pain Specialist. You live in NJ. there's an excellent Oro-facial Pain Department at Penn Dental in Philadelphia.
