Good day, is aspen lennon entress-druppels drops safe to give to a 1month old baby for cramps?

Not a product sold in US, where most of the practitioners on this service practice. Would be better to have your child seen by specialist Pediatrician to determine cause of cramps (lactose intolerance, GI dysfunction, etc) than you trying to find appropriate off-the-shelf medication and trying to appropriately titrate the dose. Medicating a newborn is not a Do-It-Yourself project.

Consider instead a warm wet washcloth on the belly that is warm and not HOT to your own hands. Burping the baby may also help, whether or not a burp comes out.

I'm not a fan of any type of medicine like those in any infant under 6 months. They usually have more side effects from the medicine than benefit. Please try burping, repositioning of infant, g err gentle movement of legs back and forth to relieve abdominal discomfort.
