Evaluation: There are many causes of vomiting at this age. The baby should be examined and an anatomic cause ruled out. Mild spit ups with feeds may require smaller more frequent feedings, feeding at an angle of 30 degrees or more, slower feeds, burping mid and after the feeding. Please follow up with your pediatrician.
