Get a second opinion, with a hand surgeon. You may possess additional problems, which have not been pinned down, and need further testing. Hand therapy may be a productive option.

It can take up to 12 months for the scar to remodel from the surgical procedure so discomfort at 7 months particularly after two surgeries is not unusual. Hand therapy could speed the process and may be indicated.
