I have narcolepsy and have not been able to fall asleep or stay asleep for many nights. i currently take 1.5mg klonopin and 50mg trazodone at night. is it ok to take .5mg klonopin, 5mg ambien and 25mg trazodone for a week?

Caution would be suggested. None of the drugs you mention is recommended as treatment for narcolepsy as they are mostly used to induce sleep. Your best reference remains your prescribing doc who will be able to weigh in having a clear clinical context.

No, it is not appropriate to use these medications to manage narcolepsy, and indeed will likely worsen the situation during the day and provide risk of breathing issues at night. See a neurologist or a sleep specialist. You need to revamp your treatment program.
