Is it safe to take ambien (zolpidem) and trazodone? ambien (zolpidem) helps to fall asleep but the trazodone helps to stay asleep.

Talk to doctor: Please consider other factors before taking more meds for sleeping: recent stress, your intake of alcohol, other meds prescribed or OTC, recent health changes, use of tobacco or any drug use. Discuss openly with your prescribing doctor to make the best decision. Hope this helps.

150 mg Trazodone, 1 mg klonopin. And 10 mg ambien (zolpidem). Ambien (zolpidem) doesn't work for me by itself been on klonopin for years. Trazodone was great in the past. Any thoughts.? Sounds like a major hangover to me.
