Some approaches: Agree with Dr Chotai. Have had success over time utilizing specific McKenzie Back Exercises, once acute symptoms are under control. Swimming seems to help many patients, but warm water Physical Therapy may be best early on. Certainly consider the prior advice as an excellent starting point.
