Right foots toes are slowly swelling up. the middle toe is pretty swollen, the one to the left of the middle is very mildly swollen, and the big toe is slowly becoming swollen. the two others are unaffected. i dont believe i stubbed it?

Seek medical help : I would seek medical attention so a proper diagnosis and treatment can be determined. Unexplained localized swelling usually requires a cause to the immediate area. Insect bites are a consideration. You did not mention and associated pain with the swelling.
