Posted the other day about swollen big toe now underneath has swollen where there was a curve now its flat to the floor so swelling getting worse?

Swelling: I did not see your other post, but if there is no curve now where there was one, it sounds like it is getting worse. You don't state if there is pain , redness, history of trauma or gout. There are many things to cause swelling in the big toe - seek the help of a podiatrist . Good luck.
