My ankles are weak and i sprain them around 1 time every 3 months. i do have ankle exercises that i do every day, but they dont seem to help. what should i do?

Physical therapy : Upon spraining your ankles numerous times, one can assume your ankle ligaments have been stretched over time. This can produce a sensation of “weak ankles.” With your ligaments no longer providing stability your muscles are only thing available to protect the ankle. Strengthening of your muscles are critical in protecting your ankles. Seek physical therapist to help. Then bracing only option
