i've sprained my ankle 4 times in last year.mri is clear. could i still have just a weak ankle? 3 times it was bad enough to be immobolized

Sensation: Spraining ankles cause you to lose proprioception-the ability for your brain to know where your foot is without looking. You need to retrain the connection between foot and brain to "strengthen" your ankles. Another problem might be a flat or pronated foot which is unstable when walking. A sports podiatrist can help you with either problem.
