Is it safe if you currently have covid-19 and received the vaccine?

I woiuldn't: The Maderna vaccine creator suggests no one who has or has had covid within the past 90 days get a dose of the vaccine. At least one case of a massive reaction leading to death occurred in a person receiving it within a month of the infection. Why is not clear but I would not do it.
