3 months ago i started having chest pain and racing heartbeat usually at night. ekg, blood tests, echo ultrasound came back ok. i am still sweating underneath my arms all the time and my lymph nodes have been hard for 2 months. should i be worried?

Sweating,lymph nodes: There is not enough information here in order to make a differential diagnosis. I recommend consulting a specialist in infectious disease who will take a thorough history & system review, perform a complete physical examination & order appropriate testing in order to make a differential diagnosis and advise you or possibly refer you to another specialist(?hematologist) depending upon the findings.
