TWIN PREG: I don't know what "sch in the ER" refers to, but if scans showed viable twins and exam showed your cervix to be "4cm (long) and closed," you have passed the point where miscarriage is likely and have no evidence of cervical incompetence. On the other hand, if you have lost another baby due to cervical incompetence, it bears careful watching. Where is the Ob in charge of your care?
