It could look closed: At six weeks along the products of conception aren't very big. If you had heavy bleeding then there is a good likelihood that you miscarried. To be sure whether you miscarried or not you could get a pelvic ultrasound which may show a gestational sac. You might also get a quantitative hCG to give some idea of whether you have a viable pregnancy.
