Concerned about my weight. 34yo man, used to weigh ~235 about a month ago, have been exercising, hydrating, cutting calories. got down to ~230 and stayed there for 2 weeks. now im at 226. but i feel normal. is this just water weight fluctuating?

Keep Going!: You want to lose weight, but really you want to lose fat and trim up. Fat only burns in the fire of carbohydrate, therefore with reduced diet and increased exercise to at least fifteen minutes a day, use up the blood sugar and keep going. You will attain your goal. Slowly and surely.
