Probably not: Can’t tell without looking but white patches on your gums and both sides of your mouth sounds more like fungus infection (thrush). Cancer at age 18 would be VERY unusual. See your primary care doc (or dentist) for Dx and Rx.

Probably not: Oral cancer at yo9ur age is exceptionally rare, unless yo0u are a heavy smoker (of anything) or you regularly abuse alcohol. More probable that you have a fungal (Thrush) or bacterial (Strep) infection. Don't scared. Get diagnosed.Recommend you see your General Dentist (or your General Physician) for examination, lab tests, diagnosis's and effective treatment plan.
