A member asked:

Should i disinfect a whole room if someone has stayed in there with warts on their hands? does the virus become inactive on hard and soft surfaces after a length of time?

HPV transmission: There is no need for disinfection. Nobody ever catches human papillomavirus (HPV, the cause of warts) from a contaminated environment, touching surfaces, etc. This is nothing at all to worry about.
