Testing on day 4-6: If you have Covid, you need to self-isolate. Drink lots of fluids, esp electrolyte solutions, rest, Take Acetaminophen for fever/pain and eat a bland diet (Bananas/Rice/Apples/Toast). See a Dr for worsening difficulty breathing, blue lips/face, confusion/lethargy, and persistent chest pain. Testing can confirm the diagnosis on days 4-6 after symptoms arise. Any local Dr/casualty can refer for test

COVID 19: HealthTap's free, public site is for education. We are not able to provide referrals on this portion of HealthTap. In South Africa a medical provider will determine need for COVID 19 testing. Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine for individual consultations. There are a number of free apps to look at your risk.
