Is diarrhea a symptom of covid 19. conflicting on the internet i had diarrhea for 3 days ( no fever no cough, no soar throat) my wife has started with diarrhea and my eldest daughter has now started with tummy cramps the two youngest have ear ache.

Covid: while diarrhea is not the most common symptom of covid some people do get gi symptoms in conjunction the fever and cough. some have lack of smell or taste. it does not sound like covid if her only issue is diarrhea
