Hard to do: To clarify what may be going on would require a review of your past & present medical history, an exam & possibly some tests. A virtual visit with your local doc may clarify the need to go to the office. I would contact a local health provider for their guidance & proceed as they advise.

Go for testing: It is difficult to decide by what you described what is causing it unless you get tested. The symptoms could be caused by COVID 19 and other viruses and sometimes bacteria. The best way to know with certainty is to get tested.

Symptoms: I agree with Dr. Ferguson. These symptoms could be related to COVID 19 but could also be related to other causes. COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips
