If...: Pulmonary valve regurgitation is detected only by echocardiogram it usually a mild condition not requiring treatment. If however it is also detectable by ascultation it could have severe repercussion on the right ventricle. In tat case on has to look for the reasons you have it and treat the reasons. Why afib at young age of 37? Have you had rh, fever? Be under the care of a cardiologist!

Pulmonary vein : I assume you meant to type "pulmonary vein". If you have been diangosed with some mild regurgitation within the pulmonary veins and you have no symptoms , this would not require surgery. You would just want to have your cardiac function optimized with medication and your atrial fibrillation treated, but otherwise no other intervention or treament would be needed. Surgery is not indicated.
