I have allergy problems that leads to dizziness, then i worry about the dizziness cause i have health anxiety. could anxiety make the symptoms linger?

Yes: Anxiety is one of the most versatile enemies humans have. It can make just about anything bad worse. It can lessen the benefit of anything nice. It is a good reason to consider CBT psychotherapy where you can safely learn skills to avoid, reduce and menage anxiety. Meds might be used for awhile during rough spots, but YOU learn how to live more wisely. It's a great value. Best!

Worry about worry: Not sure if the symptoms you are referring are part of the anxiety or the allergies but anxiety can exacerbate physical symptoms or increase one’s susceptibility to physical illness. It’s important to bear in mind that anxiety is not linear. People seldom if ever have one wave of anxiety that gets progressively worse. It comes in several waves that build on each other.
