Since a few weeks, i often feel a type of fullness behind my chest. it feels like it's air or gas, and i burp a lot to relieve it. sometimes it gets better, sometimes not. often worse after eating. what can it be? cancer or heart disease?

Fullness: While diseases such as the ones you mentioned cannot be ruled out, they appear unlikely on captured features. Esophageal disorders, anatomic or functional, including spasm, appear more likely. Monitor and log your symptoms, liquids/solids and see your doc if symptoms persist.
