Not necessarily.: Although muscle pain can occur with COVID 19, would not anticipate that as a solo symptom.COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

I tested positive for COVID-19 the last week of August for about a week and a half my symptoms are gone I'm now testing negative but after 4 days of feeling okay everything has returned the smell has left again.could it be back?
