Blood clot?: Conceivably COVID could do this, but other explanations may be more likely. For example, these symptoms could go along with a pulmonary embolism, i.e. blood clot in the lung. Whatever the cause, this needs urgent medical evaluation. Contact your doctor ASAP. Good luck.

Uncertain: This could be from a variety of causes. You are breathing without difficulty today? All pain resolved? Because COVID 19 can be asymptomatic, really can't tell you if this is due to COVID 19 or not. Please continue to monitor yourself.
