I tested positive for covid-19 the last week of august for about a week and a half my symptoms are gone i'm now testing negative but after 4 days of feeling okay everything has returned the smell has left again.could it be back?

Unless you got a different strain now, the antibodies you produced should have protected you against another infection this soon. Sometimes the sense of smell takes a while to completely return so it could be that your sense of smell has not fully returned yet. Hopefully, it will be better soon!! Good luck to you!
